Rainbows, Shamrocks and Leprechauns Oh My!

March is one of my favorite months for themes.  If you've been reading the blog for a while you'll know that I love using themes and March had some really fun ones! Here are some pictures of some of the things we're using to target our speech/language goals this month.

We made some speech rainbow this week from my All About Color packet.  Not all of my groups made theirs so we'll make a few next week too. Each strip contained words that were specific to each kiddos goals.  Our hallway is so bright and colorful right now!

A few of my older kiddos made pots of gold with their targeted sounds.  You can see them if you look closely in the picture above.

You can grab these rainbow activities from this packet.

This week coming up will be all about Shamrocks and March vocabulary!  I printed and prepped my St. Patrick's Bingo game.   These have been a favorite to play in the last 5 minutes of our sessions or with my kiddos who are working on building their vocabulary.

We'll be using coins to play.  I was a little late to the St. Patrick's Day game this year so if you look closely you'll notice those are actually Easter coins but we're going to pretend they're leprechaun coins. : )

Last month we did Heart Dot Art (which you may have seen on Instagram but I haven't posted to TPT yet, slacker I know).  My kids LOVE using the bingo daubers so I made a shamrock pack for this month which I just posted.  It has easy print and go pages for articulation and language goals.

You can check out Shamrock Dot Art here!

I'm also putting the finishing touches on my Shamrock Search for my articulation kiddos.  This one is similar to my Sound Search packet but with a St. Patrick's Day theme.  I hope to have this posted by tonight.

And last but not least, we'll be using some of the things from my March Vocabulary packet.  I love using these to name/identify vocabulary as well as target a ton of pragmatic skills with my groups.

Grab some March Vocabulary materials here!

I love seeing my kiddos' work in the hallway and in our speech room and after this week we'll have lot of green and rainbows hanging proudly!
